Should I Subscribe?

I have a newbie (free) subscription to this website and I have found the forums to be a wealth of information, but I am wondering if the additional services I would receive with a paid membership is worth the money. What do you members think who have the expanded subsciption?
Thanks,
~Gayle

    Hi Gayle,

I will tell you that in my opinion the ability to actually run searches of the forum, making it possible to look at past occasions when your question has been asked is invaluable. Certainly worth the $50 per year if only in saved time.

Worth it...no question. Tons of information, along with many helpful people.

Look under products and services. If you spend a certian amount, than you can get 1 yr free. You get the best of both worlds. Product and membership. There should be something in there that should intrest you or be helpful.

Do I think its worth it. Yes. Just the info in the forums is worth it.

In REI you need continuing education. Things change and so do ideas.

    Hi Again-
I recently subscribed and already am glad I did. I intend to upgrade my subscription (or buy stuff) as I can already see the value. I have not found anywhere else that is so well maintained, serious, and diverse. It is the closest thing I have found to hands on experience. And fun. grin

Man, I just might use this for testimonials, guys.

Thanks guys. I am really thankful to have members that have made TCI what it is.

As Mark (CommercialKing) will vouch for, we are always adding to the site with more features to make it a great value.

As of this moment, we are putting the finishing touches of TCI Commercial, and just starting on the Preferred Lenders Program (very cool).

Gayle, please get in now. Our yearly subscription prices will be going up Jan 2005.

Thanks all for sharing. It definately seems like the expanded subscription is worth the money. Has anyone ever used the properties section to buy or sell REI property, and if so how did it work for you?
    Thanks,
    ~Gayle

    Worth it.
    Cough up the dough.
    Don't hesitate, you'll see.

    :-o
    Trust me.
It's one of those blind faith things called education.
And with real estate investing you can't find more of that info anywhere else.

Hell I paid the subscription just to reply to PMs that people were sending me.

Honestly, this website has more information available than any other I've found on creative investing. And I, for one, believe in financially supporting the products you believe in.
