Shoul I Or Should I Not?
I have a friend that is being relocated and is going to sell his house. The company is going to pay all relocating costs. He owes 175K and I think it is worth 230K.
He may be willing to take 25K to walk.
I have never really did a CMA myself and need a little help. Is there anybody out there that would be willing to help?

Is your friend willing to have a Realtor come over and do a CMA for you? They normally do this for free hoping to land the listing. If the agent does do it, try to build a relationship with him/her for future deals.
If your county property appraisers office is online (yours is, I looked, it even has an option to view comparable residential sales). This is what I use, it not only gets the homes that are selling thru realtors but also the ones that were never in the local MLS.
