Short Sale To Owner Help

anyone know if a person declared chapter 7 and had debt discharged and remained in their home while awaiting foreclosure ,acquired money to buy at a short sale in another persons name their house back by having the unrelated buyer quit claim the deed right back to them at closing .could this transaction be considered fraud but please remember that the debt has been dismissed through the bankruptcy i cannot even find an attorney that has ever had a foreclosed buyer do this so they probably do not even know themselves any feedback greatly appreciated

    Yes this would constitute fraud and would be illegal.
