Semi-beginner Looking For Help
I have Flipped two properties since I started. But I am trying to make a full time job out of this so I dont have to go back to work. Where and how can I locate more properties. Also any body know any hard money lenders in the las vegas area. Thank You
How do you find more properties:
Newspaper, drive neighborhoods, bulk mail, word of mouth (friends, neighbors, co workers, etc.), foreclosure auctions, tax lien sales, REO agents, "we buy houses" signs, etc.
I personally drive neighborhoods looking for abandoned houses.
