  Gentlemen and Ladies,
  
  Has anybody thought about an Investment Club in Beverly Hills California. We could have meetings at the Friars club. Conduct roasts every other week.
  
  At conclusion of the meetings we could go down to Canters on Fairfax and after large bowls of borscht, raffle off a house.
  or a weekend date with a Movie Star, male or female.
  
  Yes I can see it now. Real Estate Investors get in for free but Real Estate Brokers and their Ellves have to pay a cover charge.
  
  Diamond covered Rolex's are required but shoes are optional.
  
  Tivoli being so far away we could conclude by splashing in the fountain at Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd.
  
  We could have a competition to see which property had the highest mortgage over the actual value of the house. The winner gets to use the owners Yellow Rolls with the Gold plated Lady statue on the bonnet. Of course the credit manager is still in the trunk, he goes everywhere.
