REI In Texas
I am a first timer in D/FW and much of what I have been reading online focuses on doing a subject to lease-option with the seller and a lease-option with the buyer.
With the recent change in the law regarding lease-options in Texas how do you recommend going about subject to deals or do you recommend something else?
I am hoping to get into deals without 20% of my own money... is that pie in the sky to sell mentoring programs and books?
I talked to one website that offered mentoring, Peter Conti, but when the salesperson found out I live in Texas he recommended I buy a book from them and told me he hoped I do well... no more pressure to buy their mentoring pkg.
Any other suggestions or even books to read that would help me in Texas with the recent change in law?
