Refi My Mfr Home!??!
Can anyone help me find someone to refi my mfr home in Washington state? It is an investment property. I have tried 3 times unsucessfully, and subsequently had the inquiries bring my credit score down. Property is valued at 145k, I owe 129k. Maybe someone here on the forum will buy the note from the bank and sell back to me or?? I am desperate!!
What issues have you had when dealing with lenders / brokers?
They tell me they can't do it because it is a manufactured loan and it is non owner occupied.
You can still get this done.
There are lenders who will still do this. Is the property located in California? Is it a single or a double wide?
Hand in there, this can be completed for you. You may have to dig a little further to find the right lender. We have contacts but not lending in Washington State.
