Real Time Preforeclosures Online

Its Tybotica again.
Need mega responses fro you.
Where is the most reputable website (I hope one exists) for getting daily lis pendens.
Reason: I have to work every day and need to be able to look up the latest preforeclosures online.
I don't care about price, I just want to know if something like exists.

Don't know of any such web site that you mention.
Is Md a Judicial state or Power of Sale state? Only the former create a Lis Pendens list.
Look in you local paper under legal notices. If they refer to Trustee, Substitute Trustee, Appointment of Successor Trustee then Md is probably a Power of Sale state.
If you don't have the time to go to the courthouse why not hire a college student do it for you. Pay them 8.00 an hour or so much for each foreclosure info they turn into you. Try it once or twice and see how that works for you.

I have tried RealtyTrac and it's worthless (for me), it listed a property which we bought and SETTLED on 2/13 as an REO the first week of March.
