Its seattle only and its only 1 show on the station, not the whole station. Still a good resource.

I just read the book "Making Big Money Investing in Foreclosures without Cash or Credit" by Peter Conti and Finkel.
A GREAT read! Lots of Info, uses real life examples just very well done.
The author David Finkel does a bi-weekly show called Real Estate Radio at world wide****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***.
I haven't listen yet but based on the book it should be good.
