Real Estate Deal Delaying - How Can I Move A Million Dollar Property
I am working on a home appraised at $2.2 million and being sold at $1.5 million and I am collecting a bird dog fee on it but my buyer is delaying on writing the contract. Should I keep marketing this property? If so, how can I move a home priced so high? Any ideas? Thanks.
