Quit Claim Deed W/ Corporation
I have a property I hold as an individual and as an LLC. I want to Quit Claim the deed from the Corp to me, as an individual. I am one of two members, do both members need to sign the deed, or just one. Is there a legal amount $10 or $100 that's better to use in the transfer? Thanks!
