I have a property under contract and I would like to sale it at fmv. It's an older home and needs a minor repair. Where is the best place to advertise your listing? I am in Texas and I may even be willing to split my profits with a more seasoned investor. 78K owed on the mortgage and appraised at 92K FMV a year ago. I would like to sell at 100k if at all possible
Try the newspaper first, depending on the responses maybe you will need to drop the price. Feel it out
