Quick Improvements For Quick Cash
For land are there any quik things you can do to improve the value and quickly flip it.
My thinking is this; With Flipping houses the cheapest things you can do is Paint, Change carpet, flooring, and cleanup.
How can I apply cheap and easy to use techniques to improve land. Hopefully everybody know where I'm going with this?
The first things that come to mind are...
- upgrade zoning to something more valuable for the area
- obtain building permits or variances
- subdivide the lot(s)
- add a well if not on city water
- add a sewer hook-up if not already available

Yes, thanks. The lots I look at are all commercial or have Commercial potential.
The current lot I'm looking at the owner already did the Zoneing thing. Now the lot is just sitting with a small house on it, and it needs a lot of work. The lot is all dirt. I was thinking of painting the house and making small repairs, gradding the lot and clean up all the trash.
