FYI its a Quit Claim deed. It needs to be signed in front of a Notary Public by the seller with the deed conveyed to you.

    1. Ask your attorney to prepare a quit claim deed (not quick claim).
    2. Answer any questions about the deed your attorney asks.
    3. Execute the deed at your attorney's office and ask the attorney to record it.

Are you quit claiming to someone else or is someone quit claiming to you?
In either case, there are quit claim deeds that you can get at a store that sells forms, on line, or from a title company that will work in TN.
They need to be filled out, notarized and then recorded. I have used a title company to handle all of this. You didn't give much context. I hope this is helpful.
