Questuion On Advertising For Private Lenders/investors
Is it legal for me to advertise for people to finance projects for me and to tell them they will get "X"% return per year? Example. I have a 15 unit building I am looking at right now. I need 10% down ( about 27K) I would offer the investor say10-12% interest on the loan annually with the option to pay off no sooner than two years. I have read some opposing things on here about this subject so I just wanted to get a clear answer on it.
