Question Regarding Property Management Agreements
Hi all, when you have a property management agreement set up, the owner of the property ays for all of the maintenance still on the property yes? The management company just coordinates everything. Also, when the unit is turned for a new resident, is the property management company responsible for those costs or the owner?
