Question About Selling Contracts
Hi,
I'm new to the real estate investing business and I'm wondering what the best way to start is. I don't have a lot of capital to start, so I was wondering if selling contracts is the best way to get my foot in the door. Also, is getting a mentor who's experienced in real estate investing a good idea or is it unnecessary?
