Purchase During Construction
hello,
somone i know has recently bought a town house in nyc. he property is actually under construction and according to the contract he is unable to sell the property for 2 years. I was curious, is this kind of stipulation common? Also, how you go about finding contractors that are building, but have yet to seld all the units?
