Purchase Agreement
If i get a purchase agreement signed can I sell the purchase agreement to an investor instead of taking out a loan and selling the house on the market? I dont have any money to put down to get a good loan yet so I need to build some capital to start doing the whole transaction myself.
include a clause in your purchase agreement that says you can assign it at will, etc.
Another point of view on the clause giving you permission to assign the agreement.
Don't include the clause. Just make sure that there is no language in the purchase agreement that prohibits your ability to do so.
No need to ask permission, they might say no. Assume you can until someone tells you otherwise.
