Pulling / Reporting Credit
Can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to run a credit report on perspective tenants / lease applicants. And also if we as landlords / private mortgage / note holders are legally able to report credit activities to the big three. If so then what software/company do we need to contact.

There are tennant screening companies on the internet. Type in tennant screening on your favorite search engine and shop around for one.
There are many sites out there. Some are more extensive than others and some require more of a set-up process. One with a quick turn around is "citicredit dot net" however their checks are only through Experian. UDRegistry is another I've heard of but requires a little more work to set-up.
