Does anyone know how I can find a site online that give the detailed records of a property??

For parcel information, your county treasuror office and assesor office should have the information for you.

Here in Vegas, our state provides us with this information via their website. However, most states aren't that techinologicaly advance. If they aren't then a phone call to your local county offices is a good place to begin.
