Property In Phoenix
I am looking at purchasing a property in phoenix az. It is by the MetroCenter in the 85051 zip code. Is anyone familiar with this area? is 167K a good price for a 3/2 1789 sq feet with a pool? I was hoping to rent it out for about a year and possibly flip it....I seem to be hearing that Phoenix Az has alot of upside....is this true? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...oh one last thing, is this a good property for me as a seller doing a lease option?
It all depends on which subdivision you are talking about in the 85051 area. Phoenix appreciation rates have been very strong over the past 12 months. However, the Rental market is very soft right now.
