Properties On TCI
I'm confused as to how listing properties on TCI can help me as a bird dog. I mean if I list a property lead that I come across and listed on this web site, how do I as a bird dog get compensated for that lead. If I misunderstood the purpose of the property listing please forgive me. Can anyone explain?
The main criteria is available for everyone to see, but the address is XXX'ed out.
If another investor wants the full lead, they have to contact you for it.
