Primary Residence Status
Hi everybody, I'm a newbie. I purchased 1 home and will have lived in it 2 years this coming Oct 2004. I want to get a 2nd home out of state. The 2nd home will be lesser in value than my 1st home. Is there anyway i can claim this out of state home as my primary home as to get a lower mortgage interest rate?
