Preforclosure,Deal
Iam looking to do my first deal in a preforclosurer. Say i make a deal with the seller, to pay off what they owe on the house,and give them some extra cash. How would i word the contract? Question #2,say i am going to get a loan from a hard money lender to buy this property. How would this work out at closing? Question #3,say this house is going to auction in 3 weeks,how do i postpone the forclosure and what forms do i need for this transaction?
