Pre Construction
I was frauded by a "Ponzi" scheme a few years ago. I have since been gun shy about getting back into REI. But I am ready to go. Would like to look for Pre-Construction condos. I am considering either Las Vegas or Myrtle Beach. Can anybody lend me insight to either area? Is this a good way to get started if I can can put minimum down and rent when I am not using it to cover most of the costs? Does anyone know of any current developments?
