Pre Construction Hot Spots!
Hi everyone. Decided to get out of the buy and hold multifamily to decrease my stress levels, but still want to play the real estate game. Do you think preconstruction is still a way to buy/sell/ and make a profit? Which areas have not peaked yet?

Hernando and Citrus county Florida are both hot spots in the state of Florida. Large cities are becoming too expensive so families and retirees are moving to outskirt counties. Great pre-construction oppurtunities in both areas right now for very little money down.
