Any reason why I can't get to the portion of the website? I can through the link in this post, but when I search under forums there are no options for commercial or multi-family. Is this a change that was made when the website was updated for paying customers only?
for clarification it was a post about purchasing +5 unit multi-families and finacing feasibility for these.

I moved it, as 5 units or more are considered Commercial. The post was moved to the Commercial MultiFamily Forum.

jeff, hit the commercial tab at top of page, then forums, then multi, your in there..

got it. those tabs are a nice addition since I was last on here.....not too easy to find, or at least they don't stand out.
Users aren't really made to switch back and forth between both sites. But we recently changed the tabs to stand out a little more last week.
