Please Help
I have found a great property. Its in a good neighbor and apperas to be in good shape. When I drove ny the house I ran into the neighbors on both sides. The story goes that its a married couple going through divorce, husband doesnt work and actually never leaves the house. The wife is just fed up and really doesnt care anymore about the house. Its suppose to go to auction 2-7-05. The neighbors want to try and get the house too. Supposely they only owe about $50,000 on the house and its worth at least $280,000. I found out that she owns a hair salon right up the road and would like to go there and talk to her. How should I approach her w/out offending her in anyway. From what the neighbors say it sounds like she doesnt care what happens. I can get finaincing through a private lender. This is the first time I will have ever approached someone and I just want to make sure I do the right thing. Thanks for any suggestions!!
