Hey, fellow investors. I'm looking to contact motivated out of state homeowners with a clever postcard/letter/flyer. I want to buy "subject to" and flip to another investor. Does anyone have a sample letter that they have used and is willing to share? This is really important to me so I would really appreciate any of kind of help I could get. Thnx
