Please Help...L/O Question
I'm not sure whats going on but my brain is just not getting how we are to get leads with ads that show a lease/option to buy when most of the ads are run by other investors. Are we providing the seller/investor with a buyer lead??

Who says to put an ad in the paper that say lease/option to buy??
You mean when selling right? I'd put Rent to Own most people do not know what a lease option is.
i use "rent to own, bad credit ok, no banks" ect. km
