hello all ,new here ,looks like I found a great site,I noticed reading the posts that some of you are from the tampa bay area,what do you expect to happen as far as growth in real estate market,mainly flips and rentals,pinellas county, in my opinion it is already over priced, unless you are willing to invest in south st.petersburg,which I think is being too overlooked by investors
