Piercing The Corporate Veil
I just purchased a 2-unit property in my name, and want to put it into an LLC. Since the mortgage is in my name, I will be paying the mortgage that is in my name with LLC funds. Additionally, I will be taking an equity loan out in my name, and will be paying it off with LLC funds. Will this pierce the corporate veil??? Please help.
