People Online?

StuckKanuck profile photo

I see quite a few online all the time for this forum and site.

Are these people in a chat?
Are they just online and saved members ?
I have looked in chat a few times and no one was there BUT then again I am not paying to have the access thing. Is this why I see no one?

With this many people online I think I would learn more if I knew how to contact and network? Am I missing a function that would entail being able to utilize this?????

The area in which I live have no local Investing group and the closest one to me is 3 hours away. Just trying to find out how to do more online in educating myself with people who havve similiar questions or answers for my MANY questions????

Thanks

Where is there a chat room?

I was thinking the groups had a chatroom for the members of their group BUT I didnt see any group for my area and wondered if there was general group room as on top there is a people online count. I thought I missed the boat. train, bus and was stuck with being the mule.

It is weird how they show how many people are online. Did you check this site for local investor groups? There is a local group where I am but I have never been I have met with one people from this site

One is I am in Kentucky and by the time anything comes this way it is usually 10 years obselete.

I am in the works to relocate to South Dakota anyways so I dont things will speed up too much but hoping I may have better luck finding some sort of group to talk with someone. Still staying optimistic here and searching.

When you buy a second at an auction you buy it subject to the First remaining in place.

Does this mean that I would assume the first loan or would I need to get a new loan? What happens to the current owners and how do I get the house from them?

Sorry Laurelee I did not notice your question until now. The current owners woould be out and have no interest in the property. The first lender could either leave the loan in place or require you to pay them off. They are usually very flexible in working with credit worthy people. It is very unlikely that they would agree to any discount, but you could always try.
