Owner Just Listed
Has anyone had any experience with owners "just listing" with agents. A few people I have talked to recently just listed the very night I talked to them. Some of the owners said that acting quickly could eliminate some of the commisions. Any truth to this? Is there an advantage to dealing with an agent before the property is officially listed?
Of course there is I am sure most agents would lower there commission if they had to do less work, or be out less cash for the advertisement. On the other side they wil lower it if they havent sold it in a while to get rid of the "dog".
