Owner Financing?
I recently read books by Robert Kiyosaki and Robert Allen's Nothing Down. I then read John T. Reeds website and he said that they both were frauds. He said that Allen's way of investing with owner financing was illegal and was done by taking advantage of ppl and lying to lenders. I am confused because i dont know who to listen to because i was considering trying Allens method. Can anybody help me?
Since I am not familiar with the method you are talking about, can you elaborate a little on what the mothod entails?
