One Time Showing Fees
Have any of you done this? Just had my second call about this. They want 3% and would like to show it. I currently have it in the paper without realtor fees. I told her I would have to add the fee on to the price. Should I do this or should I look at getting them to reduce their fee?

Thanks for the replies. I did tell her I would have to rasie the price because I have it set at what I need without the fees. I will let her know about bottum dollar and reduced fees.
