One More Question
How does one determine fair market value is that what other homes in your area are selling for? HOmes in our area are selling at 199K, and 200K right now and we purchased our property here 1 year ago last month at 169K . We got comps from our real estate agent a week ago because we were curious what homes were selling for right now.
