No REI's In Local Area, Need Help.
I have looked in my local area and found no REI's there. The closest I have found in the state is New Orleans and then one in Houston. Both are a drive (and then some). Any advice on how to locate investors for the area I want to work in?

Do you see any bandit signs in your area. If you do, call the number. They are investors.
LA. as in Louisiana not Los Angeles. What do mean by "Bandit signs"?

I figured New Orleans was in Louisiana. Bandit signs are those signs that say, "We Buy Houses. . ."
