Newbie
I have been interested in the real estate investment. Been reading all them articles and i am in awe. I am interested in buying a residential houses and renting them out. Kinda have a rent to buy deal if possible. Any comment or advice on that idea?
Secondly, i just bought my 1st townhouse last year, i want to buy another house, bigger than this one and rent the one i am currently living in. I dont have any money for down payment, not sure how to go about having two mortgages, financing the 2nd house. Dont know if that is a wise thing to do at this moment. Any comments or advice on this?
