Newbie In Illinois Needs Help
i'm a newbie in brookfield, illinois looking for other people in my area to talk to and maybe work with down the line.
i started in this about 2 years ago and i'm still having a hard time at getting this thing going.
i'm having a hard time finding someone to help mentor me, the people i have talked to seem to only want to help them selves or try and sell me some programs.
i've bought some courses on foreclosures & on tax's and have found some good stuff in them for the most part.
i'm thinking about going back to school and getting my realestate license so i can quit my deadend, backbraking warehouse job,hopefully to be home with my wife and young daughter more.
so if anyone in the illinois area who loves talking about realestate and wants to help mentor someone please respond.

I wouldnt worry about the license
