Newbie Discourage
Hey, guys i have sent over 200 letters out,no respones and i went knocking on doors and the people get hostile and angry, want you to get off their property. iam thinking about quitting trying to find ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***f any body know a better way please inform me. 
Yes, it is tough out there! The first thing people do when they get into trouble is disconnect their phone and hide behind the curtains. Don't give up. I do bridge loans for them, and they are happy. Also, I tell them I have the white hat and I am on their side.

I did my first deal in 9 days. I sent out 600 post cards, put out 200 bandit signs, put out business cards every where I went, ran an ad in the paper, and drove around with magnetic car signs (still do). When you mail things, your respones is 1% or less (so the statistics say) STOP KNOCKING ON DOORS.

Don't give up. My first deal is landing me 50K and once you do your first one, the rest is smooth sailing. What method of investing are you looking to do?

persistance... i'm still getting phone calls on a mail out (post cards) I did almost 6 weeks ago.... keep at it...
