I was wondering if the "Carlton Sheets" program or the John Beck "Free and Clear" program really work for someone who does not have a lot of cash, and can you really buy tax properties for very little. What is the catch to these programs? Thank you!

yea im also interested in the answer cause i recently got the program....
I was wondering the same thing before I invest on these programs. I was more interested in the John Beck program since it cost little money.
