New To All Of This
My husband and I are trying to get into real estate, but literally have no money to speak of. After reading and reading, it looks like "bird dogging" would be a good place for us to start. I am reading that Barry Grimes course seems to be highly recommended.
Can anyone tell me about this course, if you bought it did it help you?
Any tips, info, or comments about the best ways to get going would also be appreciated.

Use the library to its fullest extent, reading all their investor books and call every ad in the paper you can muster, ask questions, even dumb ones will educate you.
