NEW MONEY
I've left my career and NY...off to San Fran...no job lined up yet, staying in associate's building. I've got $75,000.00 to invest and am looking to get into REI perhaps full time. I've read all the books, have a good general understanding, but no experience. Would it be best to look for a partner(s) at first to learn the ropes, or just dive in? Any suggestions greatly appreciated- thanks.
Congrats on your "moves", consider going to your area REI Clubs to learn the
"Basics" of the "new" area. It's great way the to learn your new market, find great people to network with & things that may be important - maybe a whole lot different from where you just came from. (Those devilish details) Great success! Mark :-D
