My name is Derwood and I have been in the construction and renovation trades for most of my life. Recently, my great uncle has offered to help me get into real estate investing. He has 225 properties across the country and he wants to sell them to me. they all have good rental history, and are mostly single family, duplexes, and triplexes.
How can I find people interested in investing in these properties by offering a 1%- 1.5% initial cash, and a monthly income. In most cases, no down payment will be required. any information or ideas would be appreciated.

You can pull comps on property across the country, then cut and past their format delete the unneeded info and there you have one...
