New LLC, Properties, What Now?
Hi. I am new to rei. Two partners and I are forming an LLC. We have already purchased two sfh and three townhomes. They are all new construction that won't be ready till summer 2005. Our question is when will a lender say enough and stop lending us money. We would like to keep buying homes to keep as rentals from now till the homes are complete and we decide which to sell and which to rent. Thank you for any advice in advance. Marco
