New Investor
I am a new investor in Houston, TX. I've read some books and listen to some tapes, and I have a pretty good understanding of real estate investing. However, reading is very different than actually getting into investing first hand. Are there any investors in Houston that don't mind helping me get started. I am highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to suceed.
