New Investor Looking For Financing
I am an inexperienced investor looking to purchase in expensive multi-unit rental properties ranging from 30-60k. I have a limited amount of capital and wanted to know what are my options for financing and securing renovation funds without exhausting most of my capital within the first 2 deals? Can anyone refer banks, brokers, hard money lenders etc.

Credit ranges btw 680 and 718, the houses are inexpensive enough to where 20% down is no problem, rehab is my concern. I have never done any rehab, this will be my first investment. I looked into 203K but was told it is not offered on investment properties. What are my other alternatives?
