New But Determined
After submitting my post, I looked at some of the previous posts and realize that I probably will be labeled as an advertiser. I do not want to start off on the wrong foot here. I thought I submitted a legitimate post but if I erred then please let me know that also. I was referred by a friend who thought this site might be helpful in furthering my goals but I am not trying to get kicked off before I even get started here so let me know if I committed an offense.
I dont think anything you said would be considered advertising. It seems like you are trying to find people who will invest with you. You should try a local real estate club.
